What you get
We answer at 2am. We make it safe first.
Storm damage doesn’t wait for business hours, and neither do we. Every emergency call covers the six items below.
-
Live Phone Answer, 24/7, With an ETA
A real person picks up and gives you a real arrival window — day, night, weekend, or holiday.
-
Hazard Assessment On Arrival
What’s under tension, what’s touching a power line, what could shift next — we read it before anyone touches the tree.
-
Tree Rigged Off the Structure
Off the roof, the car, or the fence in controlled sections on ropes — not cut loose and dropped where it lands.
-
Site Secured Before We Leave
A breached roof opening tarped where we safely can, and hazards roped off so your family can move around the property.
-
Full Debris Haul-Off, Same Visit
The tree comes off and leaves with us. We don’t pile it at the curb and tell you to call back later.
-
Insurance-Ready Documentation
Photos of the damage and an itemized invoice your adjuster can process — so a claim is straightforward.

316 Tree Services
Two things most tree crews can't promise.
In a trade full of one-truck operators and "I'll call you back next week" estimates, we built 316 Tree Services on two principles that protect your property and your time.
The 316 Tree Services Promise
Fully insured. Real-time response. Every time.
Two things kill homeowner confidence in a storm: the fear of getting stuck with damage you didn't cause, and the wait for a crew that never shows. We fixed both.
Fully Insured, Triad-Wide
Fully insured on every storm dispatch. Ask for our certificate before we start; we keep it ready.
Real-Time Response
Call us, a truck is rolling. Inside-the-hour ETA across most of the Triad in active hazard situations.
Locally Owned
High Point shop, Triad-based crew. When a storm hits we’re minutes away, not waiting on an out-of-town truck to roll in. That’s how the inside-the-hour ETA is possible.
Heavy Equipment
Skid steers, dump truck, dump trailer, chipper, tarp kits, generator, chainsaws and rigging. Storm-response fleet — owned, fueled, on the truck before you call.
Clean Job Site
All debris hauled, yard raked, driveway swept. Insurance-ready before/after photos on every storm job.
Triad-Wide Service
High Point shop. Same crew covers Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and every town between.

What Our Neighbors Say
Real reviews from real Triad homeowners. We’re proud to earn each one.
Walter and his son did a great job cutting my 2 large trees down all the way to the stump. His price was very reasonable and his customer service was great. I will use him again and I will recommend him to friends and colleagues.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. They cut down several trees and cleared a large section of bushes in my backyard. They were pleasant and efficient and the cost was very reasonable.
Very friendly and courteous. Service was very reasonable. They arrived promptly and did an excellent job and clean up. Highly recommended!

How it works
From your call to the cleanup.
Three steps. No callback queue, no waiting on daylight, no surprises on the bill.
01
You call
Pick up the phone. Real person, 24/7. Tell us what’s on the ground, on the roof, or in the wires — we’ll have a truck rolling before we hang up.
02
We assess on site
Rigging plan, tarp plan, Duke coordination if a service drop is involved. Written scope in your hand before we start cutting.
03
Same crew, one visit
Tree off the structure, debris hauled, tarp on the roof if needed, before/after photos for your insurance file.
Know what you’re dealing with
What kind of storm response do you need?
A tree on your house at 11 PM is a completely different call than a yard full of limbs the morning after. Here’s how we dispatch.
Cat 01
Scheduled Post-Storm
Next-day or later · Yard debris · No active hazard
The storm passed, the yard is full of limbs, nothing is on a structure. We schedule you in next-day or two and clear it.
- Yard debris haul
- Limbs and brush
- Driveway sweep
- Same crew on site
- Insurance docs if needed
Cat 02
Same-Day Cleanup
Same-day · Roof grazer / driveway block · Non-emergency
Limb across the driveway, a hanger over the deck, branch through a fence. We’re rolling today, but you’re not in immediate danger.
- Same-day arrival
- Limb / hanger / driveway block
- Tarp the structure if needed
- All debris hauled
- Insurance docs included
Cat 03
Active Hazard
24/7 dispatch · Tree on structure · Inside-the-hour ETA
Tree on the house, branch through the roof, limb on a vehicle, leader hanging over the bedroom. Truck is rolling before we hang up. Climber-led sectional rigging off the structure, skid steer on the ground for the load-out.
- 24/7 dispatch
- Tree on structure
- Sectional rigging off the roof
- Duke Energy coordination
- Tarp + secure same visit
- Full insurance documentation
Emergency Tree Removal FAQ
The questions we hear most often when a storm rolls through. If yours isn’t here, call us — we’ll answer in plain language.
Do you really answer the phone at 3 AM?
Yes. Real person, not a callback queue. We’ve rolled trucks at 11 PM, 2 AM, and 5 AM in the last year. Storm response is the work — we built around it.
How fast can you get here?
Inside the hour across most of High Point, Archdale, Trinity, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem for active hazards. Lexington and the farther edges of the Triad run closer to 90 minutes depending on road conditions during the storm.
There’s a tree on my house — what do I do first?
Get everyone out from under the affected area. Don’t go on the roof, don’t try to move limbs. Call us at (336) 259-8460. If a power line is involved, call Duke Energy too (we coordinate). We’ll be rolling before we hang up.
Who handles the power lines?
Duke Energy or your local provider — never us. We don’t touch anything within 35 feet of an energized line. We coordinate with them on site so the extraction sequences correctly.
Will my insurance cover this?
Most homeowner’s policies cover tree-on-structure damage. We provide before/during/after photos, a written scope, and itemized invoice — everything your adjuster needs. We don’t bill insurance directly; you pay us, then submit for reimbursement.
Do you tarp the roof?
Yes. We carry heavy-mil tarps and the kit to secure them. If we extract a tree off your roof at 9 PM in the rain, the structure is dry before we leave.
What about the stump after the tree is off the house?
Stump grinding is a separate service (/stump-grinding) and most homeowners do it weeks later after insurance settles. We can quote the grind on the same visit if you want it bundled.
Refer a friend and you both get $50. Plus discounts for seniors, military & first responders.
