Six core services, one local crew
From a routine trim on an older hardwood off Cedar Square to a sixty-foot oak takedown out by Hopewell Church Road, here’s what we cover across Trinity. Every quote is free.
Tree Removal
Takedowns for any size tree, including the mature white oaks, red oaks, and hickories common on bigger Trinity properties off Finch Farm Road and around Trinity High School. More room to work usually means fewer sections, faster jobs, and a fair price. We rig safely and clean up after.
Learn MoreTree Trimming
Crown thinning, deadwood removal, and clearance pruning. Routine trim work on a Trinity hardwood runs every five or six years, and it’s the cheapest way to keep an older oak standing through the next ice storm. The bigger lots out here make setup faster.
Learn MoreStump Grinding
We grind stumps below grade so the spot can be sodded, planted, or paved over. This is the one service we can usually price over the phone if you send a photo with a tape measure or a shoe next to it for scale.
Learn MoreStorm Emergency
Hardwood split in a Trinity thunderstorm? Big limb across the driveway out by Hopewell Church Road? Call us first. We answer day or night, get a crew rolling out of High Point seven miles south, and tarp the roof if it needs it.
Learn MoreLand Clearing
Whether it’s pulling one stubborn problem tree off a bigger Trinity property or thinning a wooded acre to open up a building site, we handle the cutting, the chipping, and the haul-off. We leave the lot ready for whoever’s coming next.
Learn MoreDebris Removal
Wood, limbs, and brush hauled off. Includes jobs where another contractor left the cleanup behind, plus pickup after a storm has already moved through your yard. We chip what we can and load the rest into the truck.

A High Point crew that knows Trinity
Trinity is practically next door. Seven miles south, the kind of distance that doesn’t really count as a drive. The work feels different out here than it does in Greensboro or Winston-Salem. Properties are bigger, houses sit further off the road, and most lots have a full-grown white oak or two and a hickory on top of that. A typical Trinity call is a single mature hardwood that’s started leaning the wrong way, not a tight backyard surgery between two houses. We like that.
What you find a lot of out here are jobs that need real space to drop. A sixty-foot oak in the front yard along Finch Farm Road comes down differently than the same tree boxed in behind a fence in town. There’s room to fell it whole or in big sections, which keeps the price down and the crew happy. We also see plenty of routine maintenance, the kind of trim you do every five or six years to keep an old hardwood standing through the next ice storm. If you live closer to Trinity High School, the original Trinity Furniture side of town, or out toward Hopewell Church Road, we already know the route. We’re just across the line from our High Point shop, so a same-day visit isn’t really an ask. Need to talk to a person? Reach us through the contact page or just dial (336) 259-8460.
FAQ
Common Questions from Trinity Homeowners
Don’t see your question? Call us at (336) 259-8460.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured, with current coverage. We can email a Certificate of Insurance to you or your HOA before we start work. Just ask when you call.
Do you give free estimates in Trinity?
Every quote is free, anywhere in Trinity. A routine trim on a hardwood off Finch Farm Road gets the same in-person look as a sixty-foot oak takedown near Trinity High School. We want to see the tree, the truck access, and what’s around it before we put a number on the job. Stump grinding is the one exception, since we can usually quote you a price over the phone if you send a photo with something for scale.
How fast can you get to my Trinity address?
For routine work, usually within 2 to 4 business days depending on weather and the schedule. Trinity is the closest city we cover, just seven miles south of our High Point shop, so a same-day look is usually doable if you call before lunch. For storm damage or anything blocking a driveway or hanging over a roof, we’ll get someone out the same day whenever we can, often within the hour.
Do you handle storm damage at night or on weekends?
Yes. If a tree is on your house, your car, or a power line anywhere in Trinity, call (336) 259-8460 any time. We answer through the night. Being seven miles up the road in High Point means we can usually have a crew there before the storm has cleared the next county.
What does it cost to remove a tree?
It depends mostly on the tree’s size, how close it is to your house, and how technical the rigging gets. A small pine in an open yard is on the low end. A 60-foot oak hanging over a roof is on the high end. The good news for Trinity homeowners is that bigger lots usually mean we can fell a tree whole or in big sections, which keeps most jobs toward the simpler end of the scale. Free written estimate before we start.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. Standard cleanup is included. We haul off the wood and big debris, rake up the small stuff, and run a magnet over the driveway if we used the chipper there. If you want the wood left for firewood, just let us know.
Do you grind the stump too?
Stump grinding is a separate service that we usually quote alongside the removal. It’s optional. Some folks keep the stump as a planter or table base. Grinding is faster and cheaper if we do it the same day we drop the tree.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree in Trinity?
In Trinity, you don’t need a permit to take down a tree on your own private property. There’s no historic-district tree ordinance like Winston-Salem’s Old Salem area. The town is mostly rural and big-lot, so you’ve usually got plenty of room to drop a tree without a setback issue. Mention your address when you call and we’ll let you know if anything special applies, plus handle any paperwork if it’s needed.
What if a tree falls on my house?
Call us first, then your insurance. We can tarp the roof, get the tree off safely, and document everything for your claim. We’ve worked with most major insurers in NC and know what they need to approve the work.
