Are you fully insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured, with current coverage. We can email a Certificate of Insurance to you or your HOA before we start work. Just ask when you call.
Do you give free estimates?
Every quote is free. Most jobs need an in-person look so we can see the tree and the surrounding area. Stump grinding is the one exception, since we can usually quote you a price over the phone if you send us a photo.
How fast can you come out?
For routine work, usually within 2 to 4 business days depending on weather and the schedule. For storm damage or anything blocking a driveway or hanging over a roof, we’ll get a crew out the same day whenever we can.
Do you handle storm damage at night or on weekends?

What does it cost to remove a tree?
Tree service in High Point, NC pricing depends mostly on the tree’s size, how close it is to your house, and how technical the rigging gets. A small pine in an open yard is on the low end. A 60-foot oak hanging over a roof is on the high end. We work to industry standards on every job, and we’ll give you a firm written number after we look at it, with no obligation to book.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. Standard cleanup is included. We haul off the wood and big debris, rake up the small stuff, and run a magnet over the driveway if we used the chipper there. If you want the wood left for firewood, just let us know.
Do you grind the stump too?
Stump grinding is a separate service that we usually quote alongside the removal. It’s optional. Some folks keep the stump as a planter or table base. Grinding is faster and cheaper if we do it the same day we drop the tree.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree?
In most Triad cities, no permit is needed to remove a tree on your own private property. There are exceptions for historic districts in parts of Greensboro and Winston-Salem, trees in the right-of-way, and certain protected species — the NC Forest Service publishes guidance on protected species statewide. We’ll know when you describe the tree, and we handle the paperwork if one is needed.
What if a tree falls on my house?
Call us first, then your insurance. We can tarp the roof, get the tree off safely, and document everything for your claim. We’ve worked with most major insurers in NC and know what they need to approve the work.
